Vending at Endless Night Vampire Court
August 1st, 2012 by Gabrielle Faust received No Comments »Hello my fine fanged friends! Halloween is just three short months away! Can you even stand the excitement? *grins fiendishly* And that means the Endless Night Vampire Masquerade Ball at the House of Blues in New Orleans is also just around the corner! This year my involvement in the ball has been stepped up to part of the actual production krewe in addition to being one of the performers for the outdoor stage at the Vampire Court. What is the Vampire Court?, you ask. It is an eclectic gathering in the Voodoo Garden courtyard just outside the House of Blues during the day before Endless Night where attendees can pick up their passes while listening to music, spoken poetry and readings from the Red Veils by Father Sebastian. Father Sebastiaan and Maven Lore will also be setting up his fang shop there, as well, though I’m fairly certain that all of the appointment slots are already booked at this time for custom fang creation.
In addition, there will be room for five vendors to set up shop around the perimeter of the courtyard. If you are interested in being one of these five vendors please send me an email at info [at] gabriellefaust [dot] com right away. There is no direct fee for vending except the cost of a ticket to Endless Night itself. We are expecting 2000 attendees to the ball this year so this is a fabulous way to connect with new customers searching for those last minute additions to their costumes! So, if you make costumes, jewelry or anything else that would appeal to our patrons we would love to have you!
