With the recent damage and lost time due to the evacuation over Gustav and now with Ike about to make landfall, many of the businesses which have spent the past years getting back on their feet are now struggling financially. Two of these businesses are the famed Boutique du Vampyre and Lestat’s Dark Gift Shop. I know that everyone is pinching their pennies these days, but if you can spare a few bucks, please visit their online stores, or if you are in the NOLA area stop on in and make a purchase. Even just one small purchase will help. The holidays will be upon us before we can blink so think of it as an advance x-mas/yule/kwanza…etc. present for a fellow vampire fan.
