The time is upon us! Just yesterday a beautiful box of books arrived on my doorstep just in time for the book release party this week at Dive Bar & Lounge. I am still a bit awestruck with how Barking Rain Press rallied to the cause and managed to pull off what can only be described as a true miracle. 6 weeks ago Solomon and I were sorrowfully searching for a new publisher and devastated by the idea that perhaps REVENGE might not see the light of day after our previous publishing experiences with this particular manuscript, but then, like a knight in shining printed paper, Barking Rain emerged and its fearless owner Sheri Gormley embraced this bizarre tale confident that we would make our deadline and have books in hand for the release party, which had been in the works for months already. I must admit that for a while I had started to become a bit disillusioned with the publishing world, but I will say that Barking Rain Press has begun to restore my faith that there are still publishers who are wholeheartedly committed to their authors and to producing genuinely stellar books for the world to read. I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Barking Rain Press and hope to publish many more titles with them in the future!

Speaking of REVENGE…yes, the book release party is THIS WEDNESDAY! My, my how time just flew by! We tending to final details, but all is looking fabulous for this celebration.
