Earlier this year I posted about my personal effort to get authors to donate copies of their books to literacy programs and underfunded schools and libraries around the world. Now it’s time for me to direct you to check out the causes of a few of our favorite True Blood stars! Today I noticed on the True Blood Nest site, they have posted a “Battle of the Fang” which urges fans to donate to the charities promoted by Alexander Skarsgard and Stephen Moyer.

“Team Eric” will be raising money for the SOS Children’s Villages mission while “Team Bill” will be donating to Gulf Relief Foundation, an organization that works to focus on children without parental care and children of families in difficult circumstances.
