Twelve of the indie horror world’s babes and hunks have lent their silhouettes to the 2010 Hot Horror Honeys and Hotties Calendar! All of the proceeds from the sale of this item go to the Lynn Sage breast cancer research and support foundation! Debbie Rochon of the upcoming Slime City Massacre, the film written and directed by Greg Lamberson, released this statement on Fear Zone the other day:
“If you would like to help support The Lynn Sage breast cancer research and support foundation I have a wonderful idea for you!” says Rochon. “Why not pick up the 2010 Hot Horror Honeys and Hotties Calendar for yourself or as a gift for a horror fan you may know for the upcoming holidays?! This is a wonderful gift that is enjoyed all year long, plus every single penny that you spend on buying the calendar goes to this breast cancer foundation! Every penny. It would be an honor if you could help out and grab one, or if you are financially unable, please pass along the calendar information to your friends so we can get the word out! I know everyone involved, especially myself, would really appreciate it. Thanks for your time in reading this and please stop by Hot Hunks of Horror. Your support means so much! Happy holidays to all!”

About the Lynn Sage breast cancer research organization:
The Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation (LSCRF) is one of the nation’s leading breast cancer research and education charities. It was founded in 1985 in memory of Lynn Sage, a Chicago-area woman who endured a six-year struggle with breast cancer with her spirit and dignity intact before she died at the age of 39. Their mission is to support the understanding, research and treatment of breast cancer in partnership with Chicago’s Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University. Following Lynn’s death, a group of 17 friends formed the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation with a vow to cure this devastating disease. Today, 79 individuals serve on three boards in her memory with the common goal of making a difference in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Since its inception, LSCRF has raised over $20 million for breast cancer research including $15 million for Northwestern. Our administrative costs are less than 7%, so that there are more funds available for the research and education projects that they support. With each dollar donated, Lynn Sage’s fight to cure breast cancer continues. For more information visit http://www.lynnsage.org/index.asp.
