George A. Romero announced today the rules to the DIARY OF THE DEAD VIDEO COMPETITION! Details are listed below…


Contest Begins: January 30, 2008

Contest Ends: February 29, 2008


CONTEST DESCRIPTION:

Visit www.myspace.com/diaryofthedead to register for the video competition. The aim of the contest is to produce a horror short video, of no more than three (3) minutes, that compliments, counterpoints, emulates, or parodies the film and then have your video voted as the best entry of all videos submitted during the competition. The winner will be announced on March 14, 2008.


GRAND PRIZE:

The Contest grand prize will be a collection of autographed memorabilia from the Movie’s set. In addition, the winning Video along with the other Finalist’s Videos will be included on the DVD release of the “Diary of the Dead.”
