Yesterday I received the below notice from the London Vampyre Group in the UK. If you are living in the London area and would like to participate in the filming of a few short vampire promos please contact them directly using the information at the bottom of the email.


As part of a promotional release of what looks to be an excellent book on Vampires, I have been asked to help find some volunteers to take part in the filming a couple of short promos. These will be used for advertising the book release and will likely go onto YouTube etc as part of the campaign. What we need are as many vampires who can provide their own outfits (goth / vampy) and fangs (fangs are important!) and are willing to give up a day (maybe a day and a half) in early September for this. This will take place in the London / Dalston area. No advanced acting skills required; if you can glower, you’ll do. Expenses may be covered (tbc), otherwise it’s just for the fun and glory! Please respond asap to me if you want to do this. More info will be forth-coming once we’ve gauged how many interested vamps there are.
