Bram Stoker Award nominated and cult horror filmmaker icon Greg Lamberson is scheduled to begin production on his latest creation Slime City Massacre next week and as a result he is need of extras…tons and tons of extras! The setting is post-apocalypse NYC… filmed in Buffalo, at the abandoned postal facility adjacent to the equally abandoned Central Terminal Station: 59 Memorial Drive, Buffalo, NY 14206. Days are generally 8 am – 8 pm. Clothing: worn, dirty, no copyrighted logos or images. According to his MySpace blog, Greg says that if any out of towners would like a place to plant a sleeping bag the night before, he is ready and willing to make arrangements because that is just the super cool kind of guy he is. The below dates are listed for the first couple of weeks of production. • Sunday, July 12th – homeless people on platform: 9 am – 12 pm.
• Tuesday, July 14th – “Den of Cin” – a sort of flea market for drug dealers, pimps, prostitutes. homeless people as well as “uptown customers” – this is one of two days where I really need a lot of people. 8 am – 12 pm.
• Saturday, July 18th – “Mercenary Weekend,” when the titular massacre occurs. 8 am – 2 pm… hopefully. I wuld love to have 50 people for this…
• Sunday, July 19th – A continuation of Sat, not as many people needed.
• Saturday, August 1st – more homeless people on platform; some will become “Slime Heads” – Roy Frumkes’s scenes.
