Dracula on Stage

May 20th, 2009 by admin received 1 Comment »

I recently learned, via the Suburban Vampire site, that a Virginia Commonwealth University theater production of Dracula that can be watched in its entirety online at vcutvhd.vcu.edu. The LA Times raved “SENSATIONAL! HIP & EROTICALLY CHARGED! ALL THE ATMOSPHERE AND CHILLS YOU COULD ASK FOR FROM A DRACULA PRODUCTION.” The three-part series is on the making of “Dracula”, which concludes with the final performance on stage at VCU’s W.E. Singleton Center for the Performing Arts. This theatrical version of Dracula was produced by Jordan Rodericks. For more info, check out thenohoartscenter.com.
